The 300 WorkOut Routine Fallacy

The 300 workout routine made famous after the movie 300 with Gerard Butler in it brought light to the ripped physiques of the actors and many of us out there aimed to mimic whatever workout routines they followed in order to achieve those physiques. YouTube is cluttered with the 300 Workout Routine which in reality is all a bunch of rubbish.

There is no 300 workout routine.

The trainers involved in the programme of getting the 300 actors into shape themselves state that the actual training was a lot more complex and involved 5-6 hours of training each day. Gerard Butler states he used to row a heck of a lot to lose body fat.

Don't believe the YouTube clips and all those fake 300 workout routines out there.

Real strength and real muscle is hard earned and tough work. Not a 300 rep one time work out. Authentic strength training is hard to come by and one of the hardest steps is to avoid the know-it-all pundits who waste your time and effort.
